I'm very glad to have you here but I also need to share with you some important legal disclaimers relating to my site T&Cs, Copyright, and Permissions. This is all standard policy which covers both you and me. I, as Lilani Goonesena and LIGO Creative, provide informational content and business services to communications professionals. All information provided through this Substack and the Comms 4 Development email subscription, is provided without any warranties of any kind. Your use of this site and subscription acknowledges this.

While I try my best to ensure that the material provided in the Comms 4 Development Jobs Board, Blog, newsletter, and other content is accurate and up to date, I make no guarantees that any given information will work or be successful for any individual.

All roles listed on the Comms 4 Development Jobs Board are correct to the best of my knowledge at the time of compiling but are subject to change without notice. All job seekers are responsible for their own research. I do not have any further information about any of the listings unless expressly stated so, please do not contact me about a particular listing or send me your CV - these emails will be deleted.

Security of personal information on Substack follows Substack’s privacy policy. Credit card information for paid subscriptions is managed externally through Stripe and follows Stripe’s privacy policy. I personally do not see or have access to any subscriber financial information.

However, no internet exchange is 100% guaranteed safe. You acknowledge that any information submitted through this site could be accessed by a third party and shared without my knowledge or permission, and I cannot be held responsible for any action or claims arising from such a situation.

The LIGO Creative Substack, including, but not limited to: articles, blog posts, designs, images, videos, opinions, text, and logos ("Protected Information") are the property of Lilani Goonesena and LIGO Creative, unless otherwise attributed to their copyrighted owner.

Any images, for example on the Comms 4 Development Jobs Board, are acknowledged as copyrighted by their original owners to the best of my ability.

All LIGO Creative content is protected from unauthorised use, copying, distribution, and dissemination by Australian Copyright law, trademark law, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You are not allowed to use my Protected Information without my express written consent.
